I’m Brittney and I am a certified Permanent Makeup Artist in northwestern PA.
My husband Brandon and I own a tattoo shop here in Meadville called Tattoos by Prestegard, which is where I offer my services.
I offer permanent eyebrows, eyeliner, lip blushing and lash extensions!
We have a daughter, 3 dogs, 5 cats, and too many chickens to count. I love anything vintage or pinup related. I have been in the beauty industry for 10 years!

Powder Brows
Cosmetic tattoo done with a machine that creates a filled in makeup look and is perfect for all skin & hair types.

Nano Brows
Not to be confused with microblading, Nano Brows use a tattoo machine instead of a hand tool to create hairstrokes in the brow area. Suitable for all skin types.

Combo Brows
Mixture of the powder technique and hairstroke technique for those that want more fluff than a Nano Brow but also don’t want the boldness of a full Powder Brow.

Lip Blushing
Enhance the color and shape of your lips and give the impression of more fullness. This is done by depositing pigment into your lips and lip line to improve the overall look.

Permanent Eyeliner
Replicate the look of eyeliner by having pigment implanted on the lash line with a specialized tattoo machine.

Eyelash Extensions
Give your eyes a made-up appearance without the use of mascara or other eye makeup. Semi-permanent fibers are glued to each individual natural lash to make them appear longer, thicker and darker.
